About SLF

Supported Living Foundations emerged out of a pursuit to promote independence within the I/DD adult community. Individuals live in their own homes, or their families homes, and receive support catered to their individualized needs and goals. Focus is always placed on health and safety, as well as, practical and social skills to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
