Day Support Activities (DSA)
DSA offers structured opportunities for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) to stay active and connect with others in their communities. Unlike traditional center-based programs, community-based DSA services take place in real-world settings—such as parks, libraries, volunteer sites, and local businesses.

Individuals may receive individualized one-on-one support, or join small or large groups. Through DSA, individuals gain opportunities to participate fully in their communities, develop meaningful connections, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Day Supports emphasize:
-
Communication and social skills: building confidence and positive relationships.
-
Community engagement: fostering inclusion and valued roles in everyday life.
-
Skill development: practicing daily living, volunteering, and educational activities.
-
Behavioral and emotional support: encouraging self-expression and independence.
